The cutest pants, only selling because I realize I tend to reach for darker colored pants :). There's no size tag but due to the size I'm estimating these to be a 0. There is staining which is how I purchased them. I have hemmed these to have a 25" inseam so perfect for petites! Waist: a tiny bit over 12” Hip: (at base of fly) 16.5” Inseam: 25"
